Self-catering at Meon View

Our self-catering apartment is a perfect base for exploring the Cotswolds, Stratford-on-Avon and surrounding area.

The apartment is set in its own gardens, screened form the main house and caravans, just right for a drink as the sun sets after a busy day.

It is a newly furnished, purpose built annex and consists of:

• Double bedroom
• En-suite shower and bathroom
• Fully fitted kitchenette
• Lounge area with colour television

The kitchenette is fitted with modern units, full size fridge, microwave oven, two ring electric cooker with a small oven and grill and a range of kitchen utensils. Bed linen, personal towels and tea towels are all included. Access is provided to a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Access to the property is via a patio door from a sunny paved area with chairs and a table and all rooms are at ground floor level.

We operate a no-smoking/no pets policy.

The apartment is suitable for visitors with limited mobility but not for wheelchair access due to a raised lip on the patio-door entrance.

We like to take care of our guests and apartment, which has been awarded a three star rating for Self-Catering Accommodation by the English Tourism Council.

We do ask for a £50.00 non-returnable deposit and as much notice as possible if you wish to cancel - if less than 28 days and we can't re-let the full amount remains payable.

Food and Drink

As well as the kitchen you are welcome to barbecue on site. If you prefer there are plenty of pubs, hotels and restaurants that can cater for any meal at any price within a short distance. The local villages all have a shop and off-licence and there are two butchers and several grocers/farm shops within a couple of miles. The local, seasonal produce can be truly outstanding. Stratford has two large superstores.

We like to think the effort we have put into creating a peaceful apartment is matched by the enjoyment our visitors gain from staying with us and exploring Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding Shakespeare Country, the Vale of Evesham and the beautiful Cotswolds.
